EdosX Privacy Policy

1. Institutional Data Custody

EdosX operates strictly as a data processor for educational institutions (schools, colleges, universities, and coaching institutes). All student records, employee dossiers, academic evaluations, and financial ledgers remain the exclusive, sovereign property of the contracting educational institution.

2. Zero Commercial Data Monetization

EdosX never sells, leases, rents, or shares institutional data with third-party advertisers. We do not use proprietary student records or examination answers to train general commercial artificial intelligence models.

3. Role-Based Access Enforcement

Data access within the EdosX platform is partitioned according to verified institutional roles (Administrator, Faculty, Student, Parent, Finance). System access is audited and logged with immutable timestamps.

4. Data Retention & Export

Institutions may request a complete database snapshot export at any time in industry-standard formats. Upon contract termination, all active operational caches are purged according to agreed institutional retention schedules.
