EdosX Terms of Service

1. Operating Agreement

By accessing the EdosX Education Operating System, contracting institutions and authorized users agree to utilize the platform exclusively for lawful institutional administration, teaching, learning assessment, and student services.

2. User Account Integrity

Institutional administrators are responsible for designating appropriate role permissions and revoking credentials for staff members upon contract cessation. Password credentials and multi-factor tokens must not be shared.

3. Service Availability & Maintenance

EdosX commits to enterprise availability standards. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced with advance institutional notice and scheduled during low-traffic overnight hours.

4. Independent Brand Guarantee

EdosX is delivered as a dedicated, independent education platform. All intellectual property, trademarks, and system architecture are protected under applicable enterprise software law.
